Large property with 2nd barn/game house and additional beds

Rent these 5 bed and 3 bath homes weekly or monthly for your vacation. Houses sits on top of a hill and has breath taking views on more than 100 acres of land, amazing sunrises from the master suite and sunsets from the great room. Home has octagon shape great room with open timber frame ceilings and a large open fireplace. Do your grilling indoors with the indoor grill. Large 7 person jacuzzi tub outside the master bedroom. Master bedroom has king size bed with open vaulted ceilings. Interior painting was done by an artist. Radiant heated floors. Parts of the home has central air, remember this is central New York and air conditioning is not really needed. These homes is truly a one of a kind vacation home due to its 50 mile plus mountain views in almost the 360 degree. There are great sledding hills for the kids. Leather sectional couch and swivel chairs with power recliners and USB plugs on side of couch in great room. Love seat, futon couch and chair in studio.

Additional 3 queen log beds and game room in a beautiful open ceiling timber frame barn style house available Includes full kitchen, living room, laundry and bathroom. Has ping pong and 7 foot pool table. Red House has radiant floor heat and air condition on both floors. Contact owner for more information. The red house sits right next to the main house. We will not rent this house separately to another party so you can have total privacy.

Visit Glimmerglass state park for hiking trails, snow tubing etc. Beach with a big lake make this an awesome place only 15 minutes from the house.

Perfect place to stay!

We enjoyed this house sooo much! The children (ages 7-16) enjoyed the space. It was so nice to have the two areas for people to sleep and spread out.

Fantastic views and spaces!

The numerous windows allowed us to enjoy breathtaking views from nearly every room! There were plenty of bedrooms to spread out, and the great room was big enough we didnt feel crowded even when we were all together. The Barn House allowed night owls a space to hang out without disturbing/ delaying bedtime for the little ones. Great stay! ones.

Stunning views, grand space with hot tub

The views are jaw dropping in 360 degrees, and having a large dining room and we'll stocked kitchen made for some wonderful communal meals. Everything was comfortable and well cared for. An incredible stay.

Extraordinary Property and Stay

This VRBO exceeded our expectation! The home(s) had everything we needed. Comfy beds, beautiful and comfortable shared living spaces, well equipped kitchen, hot tub. But the view was the highlight for us - STUNNING!! We enjoyed daylight hours enjoying the unending view and beautiful fall colors. The nights had us around the firepit and under the stars. We even had a rare view of the Northern Lights! We definitely hope to return.

Beautiful Property

The property was just as beautiful in person as it is in the photos. In town for a family wedding and everything went smooth giving us one less thing to worry about! The large kitchen/living area is excellent for family activities and conversation. We would highly recommend this property!!

Legends of Baseball in Cooperstown

I travel to Cooperstown annually with friends and family to play baseball at Doubleday and Beaver Valley fields. Amos’ property was big enough for our entire group to stay together. Lots of room, very quiet, and had everything we needed. We will look for this house again when booking next year!

Incredible house and property

Stay was incredible, any questions to the owner were answered extree mely quick and the area had some great spots we visited in addition to the great time on the property. Use of the hot tub was amazing, Unadilla Dirt Bike Track was awesome, hit Wintergreen Park which had some amazing overlook sights and then made our way to a local Irish Pub! Would recommend this to anyone, can't wait to return in 2024.

Majestic

A purely majestic property and landscape. Acres of pure relaxing rolling hills. We all loved NO TVs on this property which gave us all much need quality time and attention. Will be making many more reservations here and recommend to ANYONE !!

Wonderful home!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The great room is exactly what we look for on trips, since it has room for everyone in our group of 14, and includes those in the kitchen as well. The hot tub was inviting, as the weather was cold and rainy while we were there. I would love to go back another time and enjoy the views in the nicer weather - it is an amazing property! Amos was very responsive during the whole process. We recommend his home to everyone!

Wonderful property and very friendly host!

Some friends and I stayed at the house for 4 days (3 nights), and it is amazing! Spacious enough that people can spread out and engage in multiple activities without being on top of each other, but also roomy enough for when we all got togetger for group activities and meals. Second house had it's own kitchenette, pool table, ping pong and lounge while the main house was great for watching movies, playing group games, and cooking meals for 10+ people. The views are absolutely stunning and Amos was very pleasant and responsive. Would absolutely go back: 10out of 10 star experience!
