"Clean comfy room some minor damages in the bathroom and stains on carpet and walls but looked to be old. Great bed and large screen tv w lots of channels. Everything was clean and kitchen items all worked. Coffee also available in the room. Hot and cold Breakfast was good and located across from commercial stores."

"Great stay! Only issues were the back door upstairs didn’t lock and the ice dispenser was frozen over. Advice: explain the single gravel lane in description "
"I was really impressed and comfortable while staying at this property. I contacted the host about a question and he was expeditious in replying. The home is close to a grocery store and a shopping center. The neighborhood is quiet, the beds were comfortable.. I will definitely rebook next year."

"Not sure how this property was listed on VRBO. It was a shared space. The owners lived upstairs and were present the whole time we were there. The rental space was a basement they have somewhat converted into an apartment.
However , there was no lock on the door to the basement so no way to prevent anyone from walking down the stairs at any point.
Also, there is no private entrance to the basement. To enter, we walked in through the front door where we saw the homeowners in their kitchen. There was an entrance through a back patio but no walkway to access that entrance from the front of the house.
It says in the listing there are multiple beds but there really is only one bed and a large couch that doesn’t pull out. There are some air mattresses in the closet but that was not mentioned in the listing.
We were in Richmond for the Richmond marathon and had a last minute cancellation so had to book this the day before. It was definitely not as advertised but we didn’t have any choice since it was last minute and no other rentals were available. (The Richmond Marathon is large and all rentals were booked). "
