"The breakfast was very good, parking was easy. We wish the hotel was better marked with IHG on the way in."

"I was disappointed by the level of service at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson. Specifically, the Front Desk/Housekeeping staff was unhelpful when I approached them about cleanliness of the room. I expected a much higher standard of hospitality for the price paid. While the location is great, the cleanliness of my room was unacceptable. Upon arrival, I found hair all over the bathroom door, towels, and shower walls. Stains on the sheets, which looked like bodily fluid. Despite bringing this to the attention of the staff, it was not addressed during my 3-night stay. Cleanliness is a top priority for any traveler, and unfortunately, this hotel fell short. I also spoke to another customer who said their room was disgusting as well. Got stuck in the elevator too and nobody helped us. I would not recommend staying here if you value customer service."

"My son got an asthma attack within few hours in the room, not sure if it was the chemicals used to clean or dust in the carpet or something else. We rushed him to the ER around 2am in the morning and he had to be admitted. "

"Stayed here due to proximity of Pocahontas State Park, great location, however roof replacement was happening during our stay and after a 20 mile hiking event a nap was much desired however not an option due to the hammering, also would have liked a nice tub soak but the tub wouldn’t hold water.
