"Amazing staff always"

"It was for a wedding and we booked to stay. Everything was perfect except, we couldn’t increase the temperature in our room and it was a little cold and there was a patch of carpet stuck down-obviously over a hole which was a little upsetting. The staff throughout the wedding, at reception and at breakfast were efficient and pleasant. Overall a lovely experience. The room/decor for the wedding was stunning, food throughout the day was lovely and check in and check out painless and quick. "

"We came for a short stay to watch the snooker. Hotel was great, perfect location with easy access to local amenities. Staff friendly and attentive. Hotel clean, lovley bar and although we didn’t eat in the hotel the food we saw being served up looked very good indeed. We will 100% come back to Sheffield, great place that it is and we will 100% stay at the Leonardo! "

"We booked an accessible room as my husband has a disability. Even though the room was very nice, it would have been nice to have the usual disabled facilities in the bathroom such as grab bars, raised toilet seat and a wetroom level floor shower. It also didn't have an emeegrncy cord. You had to request a shower mat but it would have been more beneficial to have a slip free shower tray and more grab bars in the shower. Unfortunately my husband was not able to have a shower as he was too nervous. Overall though, an excellent, comfortable stay with good facilities. "
