"No floor towel, hand towels, or washclothes upon check-in. Had to request those. Toilet needed to be plunged upon check-in. Shampoo dispenser empty upon check-in. 5 night stay; supposed to be cleaned/serviced on 3rd day. Never cleaned/serviced. Convenient location."
