"The staff was outstanding and a full breakfast "

"My family stayed at this hotel, we checked in changed my son left a charger and my Apple Watch charging. The door to our room was not working so we let the front desk know and left. When we came back my Apple Watch was missing along with my charger. We told the front desk and they said they would check with the staff and review the cameras. They never contacted us over what happened to my belongings. I’ve called and no answer. Overall very bad service."

"Room was clean, Sucks that they've had only one elevator out of 3 working for the past year and no plans to fix that so it's an issue when you go get breakfast or try to check out at the same time as other guests. Pool heater was broken and they said they did not know when that would be fixed. Bar staff in the morning must of been in a bad mood, I asked if they had a straw for my toddler, she replied yes so when I followed her back to the bar and waited then asked again she made a face and threw the straw on the counter. I would consider asking if some issues are taken care of next time I plan to book there. Which now would be a last option."

"Property, common areas and room was clean. Small cold continental breakfast available but there was a Starbucks across the street and a Denny's down the street."

"Needs better key pad system. Sometimes the card works, sometimes it doesn't. "

"They got our reservation wrong. I booked a two bed room, they gave us a one bed room. They corrected it with no problem but the room they gave us not exactly clean. There was trash on the floor when we walked in. The TV's didn't work. It served is purpose at least. "
