We Stayed at the Embassy suites two days prior to our cruise to Alaska and it was amazing. I the hotel was within walking distance to the mall and shopping centers. It also was and easy train ride to downtown. the hotel was immaculate. The rooms are well prepared and maintained . The staff great and the breakfast was the best that I’ve had in a long time staying at a hotel. My family and I would definitely stay there again if we’re ever in the Seattle area.

The hotel is being renovated. The room was clean and comfortable. We came back every day and the room had been made up and new towels supplied. Breakfast in the morning was very good as well. There is a great selection of items to eat all freshly prepared and stocked. I have no reason to not stay here again in the future. The hotel is also convenient to downtown. It took us about 15/20 minutes to reach Pike Market parking.

The property was clean and the staff were pleasant. Our room was not as clean as I would expect and the cleaning staff were still in our room when we arrived. We were surprised and appreciated our complementary snack and drinks that were given to us when we arrived.

The room is clean. The bathroom has one problem the bathtub will not drain when I took a shower but was taken care right away when I called the front desk. The staff is very helpful and courteous. Breakfast is excellent. We don’t use the bar maybe next time. Shuttle bus is very convenient to dropped us off to the airport. We enjoyed our stay at the Embassy Suites Hotel. We definitely will come back again.

Mercedes at the front desk was super helpful and made our stay great. She made our check-in smooth, quick, and easy, and we really appreciated her friendly and helpful service. The housekeeping staff was also wonderful. Ella and Martha were especially helpful throughout our stay. The rest of the housekeeping team did a great job as well. The property was kept spotless, our room was well stocked, and everyone we interacted with was helpful and welcoming. Overall, we had a great experience and really appreciated the excellent customer service and cleanliness of the property.

Breakfast ends at 9 which sucks for ppl who wakes up at 9 or a lil after so you miss it especially if you’re hung over from your birthday pool as close and jazzcci so I didn’t get to use it, which is what I booked it for I missed the bar because I arrived after nine I just wish they served longer hours that’s all and open amenities back up
