"This place is located right near Petoskey and the soccer fields we were at most of the weekend. This is a cute, relaxing cottage in a quiet area. The back balcony was great with the quietness of the forest. We also really like the upstairs for the two daughters we have. They had a king sized bed and two smaller beds that worked out well. Thank you for the wonderful stay!"
"House and property were great! So many different things to do from Harbor Springs. Host was great and gave us recommendations of places nearby to visit. This would be a great winter stay for skiers and snowboarders as Nubs Nob is just a quick drive away. Game room was fun when it was time to come back and the hot tub is very well maintained. "
"This was one of the most gorgeous, homey rentals we’ve ever stayed at. The furniture and decor was SPOT ON! I kept thinking about how I’d love to live there :) the kitchen was fully stocked and the coffee bar was an unexpected and wonderful touch. My kids loved the big cozy basement and picking wild blackberries from the backyard. The beds and bedding were soft and very comfortable (a huge bonus for us!). It was honestly perfect. The only issue we had was a beeping smoke detector at 5am.. that was not how we wanted to wake up, especially since my husband has been working 15 hour days. It would probably be a good idea to put battery replacement for those on a schedule so other guests don’t run into that problem. I understand the oversight though! All in all an incredible rental and property (and I’ve stayed in many!). We would love to visit again one day!"

"My wife and I stayed in the home for a long weekend with my father-in-law (85 years old) and our son (23), and our dog. It was an ideal home base for our weekend. There was plenty of room for all, including a first floor room with attached bathroom for my father-in-law, a cozy living room to hang out, a fully equipped kitchen for cooking, etc. The location was also great -- 10 minutes to Harbor Springs, 20 minutes to the nearest public beach on the Lake, 20 minutes from Wilderness State Park. The house itself was in a quiet, peaceful area of the woods, right near Nubs Nob and Boyne Highlands. The host was very communicative, flexible and accommodating and helpful."

"We had a wonderful time at this property! The location was perfect—close to everything we needed, and the home itself was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with essentials. The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay.One small minor hiccup was that the washer stopped working during our visit, which was a little inconvenient, but we were only there a few nights.Chris was quick to respond and said he was scheduling a technician to come out. Aside from that, everything was great. We'd definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a relaxing and well-managed rental!"

"Friends and I stayed for a girls weekend, and we loved it. The neighborhood was very quiet and the chalet was cute and cozy. There is no AC, but the fans were enough to keep us comfortable. The host was always friendly and quick to answer my questions. They also offered tips for things to do while we stayed. We would definitely stay again!"

"Very nice condo within trout creek. Easy walks to pools and recreation areas. Slightly tight for a family of 4 with a dog , but we made it work. Easy drives to harbor springs, petoskey, and Mackinac island. Would recommend. "
