"Very poor communication. Got a message in French on how to check in after hours. Requested the have that message sent in English, but no reply, so we had struggled to find location, the key codes, the boxes which had the room key in. It’s a Uni campus, very complicated to get to, to check in and when speaking to other travellers/customers, they found the whole check in process very difficult. Do not recommend, unless you like a challenge. "

Lucie et Jacques sont vraiment des gens agréables et sympathiques. le Gite est très bien équipé, il ne manque rien et tout est parfaitement rangé et adapté pour un séjour agréable. "Excellent Stay in a Convenient Location. We had a wonderful experience during our recent stay at this hotel. Léna was incredibly helpful before we set off ensuring that our requirements were met. From the moment we arrived, the front desk made us feel welcomed - they were knowledgeable about the hotel’s amenities, our room, and gave us fantastic recommendations for nearby places to eat (there are several restaurants next to the hotel and most provide a discount if you stay at this hotel). The location is ideal for a stop off for longer drives as it is located close to the main roads. Every member of staff we encountered was warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The room was great, had everything we needed, was quiet and the hotel even in provided complimentary still and sparkling water. Highly recommended!"
