- This charming property is located just 15 km from Montargis and 1 hour 10 minutes from Paris. A privileged, fully enclosed setting of 41,030 m². Discreet and private, yet not isolated, it combines charm, comfort, and authenticity. Facing north and south, it was built in 1900 and is in the form of a traditional longère (traditional farmhouse). The carefully landscaped and wooded grounds include approximately 4 hectares of woodland composed of oaks, hornbeams, coppice, and high forest, as well as a pond of approximately 1,500 m².
