"Room heaters very weak, almost zero. I have very good tolerance with cold, but when it's -3°C outside and the heaters almost don't work, no matter what, you'll at least hope there's hot water in the night? But no! Even hot water is not available at night, it seems to be only in the mornings. I was shivering and freezing and slept with loads of layers after hours of trying to fall asleep in the cold. A most corteous and professional welcome to a spotless and comfortbale hotel which we had chose due to its restaurant service for dinner.....and we were happily surpised by the quality and variety of the menu served by a very friendly team in most pleasant surroundings.
