"Exceptionally clean. First disappointment on arrival was no luggage trollies to take all your belongings up to your floor. We had just come from a resort where these were provided. Multiple trips were required. Amazing views even from the 18th floor. No tongs or scissors in kitchen, annoying when we were cooking dinner and needed to open packets. Reception told us they don't supply scissors for safety purposes - their blunt knives in the drawer were more dangerous than a pair of scissors as well as water leaking out from under shower door, which had no seal. We told reception about the shower door , and it was fixed that day as well as a new set of tongs provided. We were amazed at the speed of the lifts! The buffet breakfast on level 77 is highly recommended. The views are incredible! Loved the heated indoor lap pool and spa. The unheated outdoor pool would be great in summer. Would definitely stay again. A touch of luxury with an amazing buffet breakfast."

"Our room was spacious, house keeping did an excellent job every day. The gym had limited floor space, could perhaps have some little cubby shelves to put belongings in, one of the two treadmills not working. The beach view was awesome. The lifts were noisy next to our room. Very convenient location in Surfers."

Very convenient to the beaches, restaurants, convenient stores... definitely suggest trying to stay facing the ocean view for magnificent view from your appartments."
