Perfect stay and exactly as described

PROS: The staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. Breakfast every morning had so many options and was great before going out for the day. We rented a scooter and parking was very convenient. Hotel shuttle every hour was convenient. CONS: AC has to be requested, which isn’t the worst, but very inconvenient when you get back to your room after walking A LOT. Rooms did not come with an iron, which was VERY inconvenient every single day having to go downstairs to iron before getting dressed in your room, it was surprising and annoying TBH. The last shuttle for pickup of the day was 7/7:30PM, which was inconvenient for days that we wanted to do later activities in the city.

We loved our stay here - the pool, restaurant, and grounds were perfect for our family! The views from our balconies were amazing and the food at both the pool bar and the on-site restaurant was delicious. The restaurant manager Andreas was phenomenal and his food and wine recommendations were always on point. We had not planned to at the restaurant more than once or maybe twice, but the food was so good we ended up eating all 3 nights there - even getting meals to go one night so we could relax in our room with some wine we had purchased from a local family farm. The location is a bit remote but that is what gives it its charm - although we did need to plan ahead with taxis and bus routes etc to make our day trips to Amalfi Coast and Capri. The reception staff was incredibly helpful with arranging day trips, taxis, etc. We wished we had stayed an additional night just to relax and enjoy the resort itself for a full day. If you go, check out La Masseria Farm - we actually walked to it from the Resort (25 min 1.1 m walk). They provide tours/lunch of the family farm and you will definitely need reservations as it books up months in advance.

Hotel was beautiful, staff was friendly. We stayed in the Luxury 2 bedroom apartment with 5 adults. Plenty of room for all of us. The only consideration is the distance from the main hotel to the apartment and it’s on a curvy narrow road which is not too easy to walk on with traffic. May want to consider staying at the main hotel with elderly or young children.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The deluxe room was spacious and we loved the balcony view. The staff was helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the pool as we spent quite a bit of time at the space. The food was also delightful and rooms were kept clean. The location was stunning an offered a relaxing time between travels. I recommend researching the shuttle times to plan your day trips, taxis are very expensive. Transit does run frequently out front of the hotel and is 10 min from the train station. Traffic is quite busy along the road out front and can be quite loud while you sleep, a set of eat plugs solved this problem and was worth the un matched views provided. This is a nice alternative to a very busy and difficult Amalfi coast travel . We would be very happy to return to this space.
