"What a wonderful stay. The owner and her staff were so nice and helpful. We had made an error in our booking but they found a great solution to make our stay even better. We stayed in Il Cipresso (a 1 bedroom apartment) and it was perfect. Spacious and absolutely beautiful views of the vineyard. Unfortunately, without any prior notice from the hotel or from Expedia, we were told that the restaurant was closed for dinner, but that breakfast would be served as normal in the morning. The owners, however, were very helpful to suggest an alternative restaurant within a couple of minutes walking distance where we were able to have a pleasant dinner."

"It was strange arriving as nobody was there to greet us and all the doors were locked. We thought the hotel was closed because we could not understand why the doors were locked and all the lights were off. Finally after a few minutes we found a doorbell to which I man came scurrying out. He claimed he didnt have our reservation and we had to debate for 20 minutes because of the Italian to English language barrier. Nobodoy there could speak any english at all. So It was difficult.
