Hotel was beautiful, and the canal view balcony was amazing. However being able to turn on the A/C was a huge issue and none of us were able to sleep due to 25°+ temperature. Totally not the hotels fault for not being able to have the A/C on (due to government regulation), but this should be highlighted clearly when booking. Otherwise it was a great stay and a great location.

Wifi was great, people were helpful and very friendly giving us much info. about how olive oil and wine are made. Room was rustic, modern, clean and nice shower pressure.
