Highly recommend. We stayed here to celebrate our anniversary and the service has been wonderful from reservation to check-out. Despite some complications with our reservation, they have been very accommodating and still when above and beyond to make our stay very special. We would love to stay here again.

The staff is amazing; they are warm, kind, and extremely helpful. I'm definitely coming back. This hotel is in the best spot for food and temples. The local shops are amazing, and the restaurants around town are to die for. And the weekend markets are awesome. I will truly miss them. Hands down the best place to stay.

The place is a rare jewel. It is a quiet, clean and elegant sanctuary inside the heart of Chiang Mai. I can’t express just how much I enjoyed this place. The staff, food and atmosphere are magnificent.

We had such a lovely stay at The 99 Heritage Hotel! ❤️ From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed and well taken care of. The staff were incredibly kind and thoughtful, and their warm hospitality made our stay feel extra special. We were especially grateful for the VIP coupons and all the lovely little surprises, including welcome drinks, dinner coupons for three evenings, and a special tea set. These thoughtful touches really made us feel appreciated and added so much to our experience. The breakfast was wonderful, too! Everything was delicious, but the rice porridge was a particular favorite of mine. It was so comforting and tasty that I looked forward to having it every morning! The hotel has such a charming atmosphere, and it’s the little details, the genuine kindness of the staff, and the feeling of being cared for that make this place so special. We left with such happy memories and would absolutely love to come back. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay in Chiang Mai so memorable. We wholeheartedly recommend The 99 Heritage Hotel to anyone looking for a beautiful, welcoming place to stay. It truly felt like a home away from home! 💕

This was such a lovely boutique hotel to stay at. It’s in a great location surrounded by many restaurants and cafes. There a good bars only about 10 minutes away. The staff are very professional and lovely. They made sure everything about my stay was comfortable.

A great place to stay within the old city, alll kept cool by high ceilings. Makes you feel like your back in the 1930s when travel was more of an art form than a tokyko experience. Highly recommend, staff super helpful and friendly.

Great location in the center of the Old Town. We booked a balcony room overlooking Wat Phra Singh which I would recommend because many rooms face interior courtyards. The staff is very helpful and the breakfast is excellent.
