A great choice if you want to discover Chiang Mai for a few days in comfort and in the center of the old city. Several temples are within walking distance, as are the historic city gates. The hotel itself is very comfortable, with solid friendly service and good recommendations for activities. Breakfast is efficient and I recommend the Thai options. Rooms are spacious. Pool access rooms, worth it for the calm and view!

We had a great time at 99 Heritage Hotel. Best location beside the central temple and at the beginning of the Sunday market. Service was great, everybody was nice and helpful (especially Imm!). We got a great price with Expedia when booking with a flight. When we had to add one night without rebate, the room got pricey (for that one night). Would go back anytime.

The moment you walk in, the staff gives you a great welcome! This is a great hotel because it is within walking distance to various temples and also literally like 2 minutes away for Sunday market! Also hotel is located near a 7/11 and many restaurants. Facility is clean and what makes this a great place is their staff!!! They go above and beyond to offer great service and make you feel super comfortable
