"Staffs, room and pool. I booked with access pool but the pool doesn’t work. When asked the staff insisted of explaining the situation but the staff only say sorry. I’m very disappointed when I checked in. "

"Nothing special about this resort, it seems to be mainly for Chinese tourist groups. We were the only two European tourists staying there and it was eerily quiet after breakfast when the Chinese groups had left. Hotel was quite old and run down, not renovated for a while. "The property was very charming and I enjoyed my stay. It was rather tired though - worn carpets, lights not all working etc. It could use a bit of TLC! I liked the ambiance though and staff were very friendly. It's a bit far from the Old City to walk, but we used Grab and were into the heart of things very cheaply in about 10 minutes. "
