"This property is situated in a quiet neighbourhood, away from busy roads. The restaurant is lovely and there are local food stalls a short walk away. The pool is clean and the gardens well kept. There is also a kids pool and play area so certainly family friendly. The staff are absolutely fantastic and we could not be happier with the service we received."

"This is a very quiet place with friendly and helpful staff members. The location is very easy to find and less than $5 to grab a taxi from the airport and going to old city, downtown of Chiang Mai or night market. The room is very clean, changed the towels and made the bed every day. The breakfast is prepared nicely. The price is very reasonable. Definitely will come back if I travel to Chiang Mai again."

"Nothing special about this resort, it seems to be mainly for Chinese tourist groups. We were the only two European tourists staying there and it was eerily quiet after breakfast when the Chinese groups had left. Hotel was quite old and run down, not renovated for a while. "Overall the room was spartan, on par with a 2 star hotel. The staff spoke very little English. My room was on the 2nd floor. There are signs stating no smoking, but my room in the evenings was inundated with cigarette smoke. Upon checkout I advised the lobby staff, they just smiled and handed me my receipt. I don't think they understood. That's my first and last stay at a B2."
