"I would highly recommend Pillows Boutique Hotel if you don't need to be in the heart of Chiang Mai, and want a luxury hotel for a budget price. The rooms were very nice, very clean, in a quiet area and only 10 minutes or so from central Chiang Mai by car. The only negative was having to go outside the hotel to smoke as there was no balcony, but that is a very minor inconvenience. The breakfast was included in the price and was very good, not a ton of options, but what they had was fantastic. I...
"Nice, quiet hotel. May not look brand new and is an old building, not to many channels to watch on TV but it's clean, affordable and comfortable! The staff is amazing, friendly and the hospitality is wonderful! They help set up taxis for you, and you receive a free buffet style breakfast every morning! Will stay here again for sure. "
"The hotel was great and the staff was very accommodating there was just not much in the area. We where about a 13min drive from most things we wanted to do. "
"What a beautiful place! I am sad I was only here for one night, the place felt so peaceful and welcoming. My host was amazing and she took such good of me. I love the outdoor shower and the room was spacious. I will definitely book here for longer next time I'm in the area, thank you! 😊🙏"

"The hotel greets you with warmth and hospitality from the moment you walk through the door. Staff extremely courteous and responsive. Horizon Lounge was a quiet oasis to relax and enjoy drinks and food. Free parking was an added bonus when it’s common to pay $50 a day or more at many premium hotels."
