Excellent property, clean rooms, great breakfast with alot of choice staff was helpful. Free parking!

hotel was great, the spa was relaxing, had a huge selection at the breakfast bar each day!

Great location walkable from train station and very close to Duomo square. Still quiet in hotel even though close to historic centre. Room was clean and comfortable. Room was next to lift so could hear it going up and down. Great base for exploration of Florence if want to stay to close to main monuments.

Would 100% stay again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was a nice size, with a comfortable bed and sheets with all needed amenities including a coffee maker and steamer.The shower is huge, beautiful bathroom with lots of space, great AC and blackout curtains. We had what would probably be considered an undesirable room because it was right next to the lobby, but we did not hear any noise and had easy access to everything so I imagine all the other rooms are just as nice or better. The breakfast was amazing buffet style and was included with the price. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to do. If you are an active person and are accustomed to walking regularly, then you will be fine. We were able to get to the Duomo in 15 minutes or less and it took us about 35 minutes to get to the river and the Florence overlook. It was wonderful and we would stay again!
