"The handicap room may need longer shower curtains because of the water from shower easily splashed out and wet the floor which presented wet floor. There is longer shower curtain hooks that can be used. That’s one suggestion. We enjoyed staying at this hotel. We will return. "

The A/C worked fine, the bed was comfortable, and we had a lovely view of the lake and the fireworks at Navy Pier. The location, right across from Buckingham Fountain, is great. My partner and I thought that the Congress Plaza Hotel was charming and would stay there again."
