"Friendly staff that remembers your name. Front desk check in was easy with personable folks. Room was extremely clean and well kept. Valet had the car waiting in front for our departure quickly! Will definitely stay again."

"I have gone by this hotel for over thirty years and always wanted to stay here. Our room had a magnificent view of the lake and everything from the Ferris wheel at Navy Pier to the Field Museum. The room did not have good climate control. We did have to have the windows open. Thankfully, the weather was mild outside, which made things ultimately very comfortable."

"We were initially booked at the main location on the River Walk, but we were then instructed that we would need to move to another nearby location upon arrival. The receptionist told us that the company intentionally overbooks its main location and reserves some capacity at other locations to entice customers. BE VERY WARY OF THE BAIT AND SWITCH. If you stay at this hotel (I highly advise against it), I recommend calling ahead to verify that you are actually booked at the correct location."

"Terribly loud music played all night and the staff would do nothing about it. Music was blaring all night and we were not offered a solution. Very disappointing."

"Room was clean, staff was nice just be prepared for extra money to spend. We were under the impression that breakfast was included and it’s not, it’s almost $40 per adult for a buffet breakfast. Convenient if you don’t want to wait for other breakfast places around you but not for us. Parking is an extra $75 added to the charge and the destination fee. Please do what we didn’t and read the fine print before selecting this hotel. The hotel is nice otherwise. "
