"No hot water and while there was a note slid under my door at sometime, still that isn't a good reason to be glib about the fact that there was no hot water. I get that things happen, but it was disappointing."

"The door to the bathroom was beat up like someone tried to kick it down and it don’t close all the way which was very disappointing. The staff was friendly at check in. The air conditioning sucked, it did not stay on and the room was very warm as a result. The bathrooms off the lobby were a mess and didn’t set a great tone for the stay going forward. The location was great, the room itself was clean and the bed comfortable. But the bathroom door and the plates wall from the shower to the room were both less than desirable. "

"Breakfast was bland, cups, plates, forks not clean. Housekeeping didn’t clean rooms property, wasn’t made aware roof top wasn’t open if that was the case I would have never booked. Staff poorly communicated late checkout guidelines. "
