"Very expensive and dated!"

"It was extremely dusty as if no one had been in there for months. Went to the front desk to ask for washcloths since there weren’t any in our room and I was told someone was gonna bring them up. NO ONE CAME! There’s also no water fountains or ice on the floors, you’ll have to pay $3 for bottles. They are not worth it and extremely unprofessional."

"Was woken up at 8:30 am to construction happening above me, not ideal! Really disappointed that the staff never even mentioned the possible noise at check in. Staff couldn't be bothered with my complaint and I had to work until check out with annoying drilling and hammering."

"Hotel was nice and taken care of for the price the staff and the 24/7 hotel assistance was nice and tentative. But as for the amenities there was ABSOLUTELY NO parking available or offered by hotel. Closest parking is hospital garage across the street that is 60 dollars a night no unlimited access in and out so something to keep in mind."

"I stay at the Congress quite often and my experience is always amazing. This time wasn't I arrived early therefore my room wasn't ready so I took what they had no knowing the condition of the room The tub was clogged so while showering the water was filling up the remote didn't work so we couldn't watch TV the air didn't work it was extremely hot in the room. No one answered when I called and no one was at the front desk. When I checked out I wrote everything down and passed it to the front desk agent and he bald it up in my face. Although this was a bad example it's only one out of many beautiful extremely It is a amazing hotel with a beautiful view of the lake and other attractions so I will be returning"
