Your Chicago adventure begins at this 2-bedroom unit. With 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 1 sofa bed, guests will find comfort and space to unwind. The property boasts excellent amenities. Enjoy 2 bathrooms equipped with a hair dryer for added convenience. Stay in this wonderful and gorgeous home and make the most of your trip. This large commodious home is the ultimate place to relax, visit and/or collaborate in our beautiful city. Near the site of the new Obama President Center and Univ. of Chicago. 1 block from the green line subway which goes direct to downtown, and approximately a mile from both Dan Ryan Expressway and Lake Shore Drive.

The first floor features a living room, formal dining room, fully equiped recently upgraded kitchen, half bath, bonus room and grand piano.

The second floor includes a large Master bedroom with King size bed; a small second bedroom with queen bed, Washer/Dryer and additional sink; attached to this bedroom is a bonus room with chaise that can be used as an additional sleep space.

The front porch and back yard is furnished with chairs and tables where guests can relax and gather outside.

On street parking is very easy on our street, despite our proximity to University of Chicago and great transportation. An off-street parking space may be available for an additional fee.
