jacuzzi bathtub, Kitchen is spacious with latest appliances. The living room is with fireplace and AC unit. Bedrooms has remote control operated AC unit (summertime) Dinning area is equipped with a large table for meals and games. Smoking is in the outside back area. However, please be aware of the time that the back will not be occupied by others. The location is the best yet. 10-15 minutes from downtown, the beach,ect
