The Space:

Whether you're here for work or play, this stylish retreat has all the amenities you need for a relaxed, hassle-free stay.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the entire studio apartment during their stay. This includes the living area, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and any in-unit amenities.

Located in Chicago’s lively Lakeview neighborhood, close to the energetic Wrigleyville and Boystown areas. This location offers a great blend of historic charm and modern city life, with iconic Wrigley Field just a few blocks away and the Chicago River nearby for scenic strolls.



Dining: Enjoy a variety of nearby dining options, including Parson’s Chicken & Fish for casual eats, Tapas Barcelona for flavorful Spanish cuisine, and Beatrix for fresh, healthy dishes. The Boystown neighborhood nearby is packed with trendy bars, cafes, and diverse restaurants to suit any palate.



Getting Around:

For everyone's security in the property, please note that we may request a valid government-issued ID for verification purposes before your stay. Rest assured your information will be handled with care, used solely for verification, and never shared or stored beyond what’s necessary.



Only cats are welcome with prior approval and a per pet fee of $50. Pets may not be left unattended unless in a secure crate or carrier, must respect quiet hours, and are not allowed on furniture. The pet fee does not cover damage to furniture, bedding, rugs, or extra cleaning for hair or odors.
