"This is my second time staying at this property in the last year, and I will certainly be coming back. The rooms are spacious and very nice. I love the peacefulness of the balcony and convenience of having a kitchen with everything needed already supplied. The location is very convenient with regard to Busch Gardens and the historic area of Williamsburg, and the staff is helpful and friendly. Can’t wait for the next trip! "

"The house and location were fantastic. The kitchen, laundry, and bedroom amenities were well stocked and very clean. The location was a few miles drive from downtown Williamsburg. We were able to visit Jamestown, Yorktown, and colonial Williamsburg within a 15 minute drive. We texted the owners a couple times for recommendations on restaurants and they provided a response within minutes. All great recommendations. There is a lot of great restaurant choices nearby. We would stay here again!"

"Loved every minute vacationing at the Guest House "Holly Hill" in Charles City, VA! The Saltwater Pool was extremely luxurious and relaxing! Even though we had quite a few days of rain, the sun still came out long enough for us to swim in the pool! The two new managers Justin and Charles were very nice and helpful. This was their first year managing the property and they did an excellent job! Was sad that Steve Rula, Jr has retired and we missed not seeing his smiling face! Wish Steve the best of luck and now he can enjoy relaxing!If you're looking for peace and quiet this is the place where you want to go! Out in the country away from city noise and traffic! You'll love it!"

"We had a great weekend and loved the set up of the two condos joined by that hallway. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen had all basic supplies we needed. Units could def use some updating- couch super worn in one of the units,, drapes and bed skirts look sloppy, could use new carpeting, but didn’t really affect how great our weekend was!"
