"The office people were very friendly and helpful. The washer makes a terrible BANG BANG noise throughout the wash cycle.....really needs fixed!! We were there with our adult sons, and 2 of the 4 of us smelled cat pee in the master bath with the smell also in the bedroom near the bath door. the other 2 could not smell it. a good stea, clean of the bathroom tile and maser bedroom carpet should clear that up!"
