The beachfront apartment 'De La Barrosa' is located in Chiclana de la Frontera and offers beautiful sea views. This 60 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, television, air conditioning in the living room and a washing machine.



The apartment features a private outdoor area with an open terrace. You also have access to a shared outdoor area including a swimming pool (available from June 15 to September 15), a garden, a children's pool and an outdoor shower. You can relax by the pool on a sunny afternoon while enjoying the sea views.



La Barrosa beach is just 50 metres away and there are several restaurants close to the residential area. A supermarket is 50 metres away and a pharmacy is 30 metres away.



Communal parking is available at the property subject to availability. Pets are not allowed, smoking inside the apartment and events are not permitted. Noise is not allowed between midnight and 8 am. The property has no steps inside and features energy-saving lighting.

Estaba en un lugar muy apropiado cerca de la playa y paseo

Pros: El apartamento estaba muy nuevo y bonito. Muy adecuado con mosquiteras en las ventanas una terraza con mesa y sillas y las dimensiones del apartamento correctas. Cons: Que las persianas no cierren bien, dejan pasar la claridad. Disponer de otro juego de llaves.
