Holiday Home "Marisa" with Pool, Garden, Terrace, Balcony and Wi-Fi

Located on the outskirts of Chiclana de la Frontera, Casa Marisa is situated in a fenced, residential complex with a fantastic outdoor area and is just a 10-minute walk from the golden sands of the beaches that stretch along the coastline. With 3 floors, the holiday home in cheerful colors consists of a living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with a double bed and 2 singles and a third with a double and a single bed), as well as one bathroom and an additional toilet. The home can therefore accommodate 9 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a cosy fireplace, a television, a washing machine and a baby crib (on request). One bedroom provides access to a charming balcony equipped with a comfortable chair, where you can read under the sunshine. A private terrace also offers the perfect place to sunbathe and to hang up your laundry or swimsuits after a long day at the beach. Here you have a nice view of the rooftops of the surrounding homes. The communal outdoor area of the residential complex invites you to walk through the lush vegetation of its garden or to refresh yourself in the cool water of the beautiful pool, surrounding by tall palm trees. The centre of Chiclana de la Frontera, with its many shops, restaurants, and bars as well as museums and churches is just a 9-minute drive (5.6 km) away. The gorgeous, sandy beaches of the coast, including Playa de La Barrosa, as well as the romantic promenade of shops and restaurants about 10 to 12 minutes walking from your front door. Here you can relax on the shore and listen to the waves roll up on shore.
