"Overall this hotel is atrocious and no one should stay there, ever. But even the worst hotel (and this is) have a few things going for them, so here they are: 1) location - it is in downtown Chico within walking distance of the university 2) the sheets were clean and the mattress was comfortable 3) the parking lot was brightly lit 4) the front desk clerk was friendly and helpful Do not in any way let those 4 things lead you to believe that this hotel is ok, because isn't.
