  • The estate and its foundation walls date back to 1608 and form the cornerstone of our Neuhaus estate in St. Sigmund, in beautiful South Tyrol! In 2021, it was lovingly renovated into modern apartments with historic character.

    Experience pure relaxation in our inviting open-air wellness oasis, tucked away in a cosy garden behind the house. Here, you can unwind in the warming infrared sauna or relax in the hot tub with a view of St. Sigmund—perhaps with a glass of Prosecco—and forget the world for a moment.

Das Chalet war mir zu klein. Sieht im Internet viel größer aus.

Ich durfte am nächsten Tag in eine etwas größere Ferienwohnung umziehen. Der Vermieter war sehr net und hat alle meine Bedürfnisse erfüllt.
