"Room was cute. We had an issue with the air conditioner not being turned on but we called the front desk and we had air in less than 5 minutes. Only complaint was the bathroom shower was too small. I’m 5’2” and my husband is 5’11” and over 200 lbs. I fit but still hit my elbow on the shower shelf. My husband had a very tight squeeze. But other than that location was close to the restaurants by the canal which is a vibe."

"We had a really good experience here and would definitely stay again without a doubt. The location is super convenient. It's just a few steps from the metro and tram, so getting around the city was really easy. If you prefer walking, you can reach the Duomo and the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele in about 25 minutes. Plus, the neighborhood is full of cafes and restaurants for aperitivo or a nice dinner, and there's a grocery store nearby for anything extra you might need. The breakfast was honestly the best we've had in a while. They had a great spread with pastries, croissants, fresh fruit, yogurt, ham, cheese, and bread. To top it off, the ladies serving breakfast were so sweet and made fresh juices and specialty coffees on the spot. As for the room, like most places in Europe, it runs a bit small, but it had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We also felt completely safe in the area at all times. Overall, a great place to stay!"
