"The front desk staff were mean. They are not welcoming at all. They seem to have forgotten that they are in the hospitality industry. There was no bell man upon my arrival. Additionally, On my departure when I asked for a bell man it felt like pulling teeth. When they finally agreed to provide the bell man, he only brought my heavy bags and only to the front desk and not closet or into my car. Overall, the customer service was poor"

"The property is okay but the location is not in RIva del Guarda. We booked the property in assumption that it is located in Riva del Guarda as the address says in Expedia but we had a very hard time to get transportation to get to the location"
