"No elevator. The reception is on 2nd floor. The ground floor is with strong cigarette smell. My reservation was for a non-smoking room. However, there was cigarette smell (via A/C?).
And, I saw a man (a guest?) smoking in front of the reception desk.
The staff was friendly and willing to help. They carried my bag up to my room (on 3rd floor) and down to the ground floor.
It could be a good choose for smokers and weight lifters."

"The breakfast was VERY high quality.
Staff was friendly, place was very clean,
and the AC worked pretty well. Lots of choices for food items at breakfast, two restaurants near by,
and a Seven-Elevem not too far away. Also the subway isn't too far away
I can't recommend this place enough!"
