"The accomodations exceeded our expectations-nicely decorated, comfortable and very clean. It was the perfect size for 2! We really enjoyed the deck with comfortable seating. The host Artim was very friendly and had good communication throughout our stay. We highly recommend this host and property! 5 stars all around."

"Overall stay was pleasant. Host was very attentive and even left us fresh strawberries. Very well stocked and beautifully decorated. Walk to the beach was a bit further than anticipated. Space was not exactly sound proof from above. I wish I had paid closer attention to the pictures; there are no windows in unit and it’s facing a busy parking lot."

"I just feel in love with this beach house. It has everything one might need and much more. Great communication with host. The only my regret was having to leave the island and beach house. Everyone was very accommodating and friendly on the island as well. It truly was an amazing time at beach house celebrating my girlfriend’s bachelorette getaway!"

"I really don't like being so critical or posting bad reviews. I'm very understanding and always give people the benefit of the doubt but... We were well prepared for this to be a rustic experience but the cabin had multiple issues. The oven only worked on broil, there were no cleaning supplies except bleach and dish soap, and the thermostat was locked at 65 degrees. The cabin was drafty but that's expected for an old place, plus we knew it would be chilly in january. The furniture is old and the carpeting in the bedrooms is so dirty and stained - interesting they charge a 99 pet fee.... Everything mentioned is forgivable for the most part because, again, we were prepared for rustic.The part that gets me is that we told the host neither smoke detector worked and were over 10 years old. He offered to have someone drop off batteries (which won't suffice since the detectors are old) but BOTH parties agreed we would purchase a new one in anticipation of reimbursement. I sent the host the receipt the day we bought it. It's January 28th and we still have no reimbursement. If we had known, we would have taken our smoke detector home with us. We drove down from New York and ended up leaving Thursday morning instead of Saturday morning because we were just so miserable. we send the host a message that morning, but haven't heard back. It really stinks having spend hundreds of dollars on a rental to have only ONE redeeming factor - proximity to the beach."
