"Great room and views"

"We had to wait until 8pm to check in. They gave us “free Breakfast” which was not free. It was a voucher for $20 for 2 people. The sliding door to the bathroom was broken so there was no privacy when using the toilet. The bar was closed for a wedding. I was quite disappointed. The staff were kind but there was apparently nothing more they could do. "

"Lots of extra expenses! No complimentary coffee in the lobby (was told I could buy some at the Starbucks in the lobby). Parking options were confusing (and pricey). Staff members were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable, but would have liked to have a microwave. Amenities were listed on the inside of the entry door. Would prefer to have a brochure that I could read sitting down. We don't plan to stay there in the future."

"Very clean and spacious room. The top floor felt very private despite being in a shared inn. The breakfasts were fantastic! And you can't beat the location if your plans are around downtown Wilmington."

"The property manager was phenomenal! Quickly responsive to resolve problems and questions, and easy to work with for reservation and check-in. Location is amazing, especially since we were spending much of our visit looking at different wedding venues all over downtown. "
