"The staff were engaging and helpful to us and to everyone we saw. The room was great and I had to laugh about the shower as it is an accessible room. I am 6’ 4”. Everything was perfect for someone who needed that show it seemed to me as it was very, very roomy."

"We thought that everything was great- location, staff, amenities which we did not use, cleanliness. The only thing that I found amusing was that when I needed a pen and paper which you can find in any low, moderately or expensive hotel, I found nothing. If a visitor needs a pen or paper, he/she should bring his/her own. $1000 a night will not buy you a pen or writing pad."
