"Once we finally found the place (map directions on Expedia are incorrect), we did not have a code to get in. I think the code should have been sent prior to our arrival. We contacted the property and had major language barrier, took 20 min on the phone using google translate but we finally got the code to enter."

"Location was perfect - clise to transport and shopping; breakfast buffet provided many choices (traditional Japanese - fresh tofu, grilled fish, congee, etc., and western - omelet station, salads, sausage, potatoes, and was delicious. Rooms are a bit worn/dated and could use a refresh but it didn’t bother us at all."

"The room was clean and large by Japan standards . The view of SKYTREE from our room was also beautiful. It’s right next to Asakusa station so getting there from the airport was so easy and made all the days adventures incredibly easy to plan . Staff were very helpful also .
