Honestly one of the best stays for us in a 15 day trip. The traditional vibe, focus on cleanliness and the wonderful onsen created a sanctuary for us to come back to after an entire day of walking around in the city. The staff were very helpful and gracious. The breakfast buffet is a wonderful addition as well. Would come back to stay here anytime we are back in Tokyo.

The onsens were the best part, amazing to come home to a spa after exploring Tokyo all day. My teen loved the free late night ramen. Perfect location, quick walk to main train lines and right next to the temple. Highly recommend.

An excellent place to stay. Plenty of good sites to visit nearby. The Asakusa Amusement park is a treasure just next door. The onsen and breakfast in the hotel are really good. And staff are super friendly and helpful.

The location is super convenient with two easy subway, Ginza line and Tsukuba line. There are tons of restaurant around and great shopping. A lot of Lawson, Family mart and 7-11. The spa with hot tubs (4 different types) in the basement was such a plus with free ice cream and soba at night. We never tried the soba but I love the ice cream. It is just a bit travel to Shinjuku as it is not on the JR Yamanote Line. Once you get used to it, it was great. We love it so much that we booked another 2 nights with the same branch in Ginza after we return from Kyoto and Osaka. Looking forward to it.

I know a bit of Japanese, but everything is easier in English. I found it very easy to navigate the hotel, ask questions, and use the amenities here in English. The rooms were spacious for Japan. The toilet was fancy and the shower had great water pressure and hot water. The breakfasts were tasty even if you don’t eat fish for breakfast. The staff helped me with check-in/check-out, luggage delivery, and minor things with a mix of English and Japanese. The hot springs were excellent! Remember to clean yourself thoroughly before entering the baths and that you cannot use them with tattoos.

Family of 3 (2 adults and 1 teenage daughter) stayed in July. The room had 2 x twins and 1 double bed in a separate room. We had a great experience with the staff, facilities, and room. We thoroughly enjoyed the Onsen, sauna, and massage chair. The hotel is conveniently located next to Senso-ji temple and a vast selection of food stores and shopping. We will definitely stay again when we are back in Tokyo.
