"The hotel is lovely stayed twice before however I checked in and got given a room and the room had damage to a wall on the right side and then damp and wet on the wall on the left. Went down after taking photos and the receptionist was apologetic and swapped the room to another however the next room had damage to the wall. "

"Great stay ideal location, room was spotless everything you needed was at hand, one downside bed was too soft but that’s due to personal preference and because of that they took the parking off the bill."

"On arrival was meet with a smile and asked how we were and once checked in was shown to our room and said if we needed anything not to hesitate to ask , The room was very spacious and clean , we didn`t eat there on this occasion but what we could smell coming from the dinning room was amazing . Would happily stay there again . "

"Clean, efficient, so many places and styles to eat at the hotel or within 1 minute walking. The center of the town but with ample and easy parkting"

"Don’t come if you’re a family. Came last night and the restaurant doesn’t cater for children. Paid for a meal which my daughter couldn’t eat as it was over seasoned for adults then got asked for a tip. Then left our swimming stuff in the room by mistake came back to collect but as ‘after three’ apparently no one in the hotel can access the area or tell me if it’s been found. Poor communication and no attempt to assist from the staff. Be aware the pool and spa are extra with limited access time for children. Clearly focused on trying to be a ‘boutique’ Spa hotel and is in no way family focused. "
