The rom was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful

As i booked through Expedia, i was charged £9 at check-in for the car park. Seems excessive and tarnished my stay. I wanted to discuss with staff upon check out and waited around for 5 minutes but no staff was present. I have stayed regularly at this hotel and we even had a buiness rate with them at one time. This is the first time we didnt make a direct booking with them. Maybe lesson learnt but i still feel £9 feels excessive when you are already a customer of the hotel.

Great accommodation Ideally situated. Actually preferred this to staying in a hotel Would definitely recommend

The staff made our experience so much better than we expected. Would definitely be going back for another stay
