The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Great value for the price. Nice, central location , but a little removed from the noisiness of the bustling downtown area, which was a plus. Cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. When I needed anything or had questions, that’s who I would ask because front desk staff (all three that were there during our stay) were not very helpful or friendly, bordering on downright rude.

Great hotel in the centre of La Rochelle. Short walk from the train station (10 mins) and very close to the old port. Lovely rooms & we highly recommend the breakfast!

Cleaning service is sub-par. Noticeable dust in the room. Water bottle was not cleaned nor refilled. Toilet was leaking water all night. Far below expectations for a 4 stars hotel.
