Situated on a slightly elevated site near the sea, you’ll enjoy a stunning, unobstructed ocean view. Your view stretches from the Paphos Harbour lighthouse on the left along the coastline to the wreck of the MV Demetrios II on the right. Facing southwest, you can witness unforgettable sunsets.

Villa Kyklamino is completely private—you’ll have the place all to yourselves. The area is quiet. The villa is brand new. It combines the luxury of Cypriot living with the architectural style of Greek island villas, featuring light colours and rounded shapes. You’ll find plenty of natural stone and wood, creating a beautiful harmony with the surrounding garden and the sea. You can enjoy the villa on each floor, which is designed like terraces. You’ll find cosy spots to sit and relax in the beautiful garden and under pergolas on terraces facing the sea. Great emphasis is placed on architecture, comfort, and cleanliness.
