"The resort manager and all managers were outstanding in resolving a room problem that we had. Nothing wrong with the room but was located next to the entertainment area, we asked them to move us to a quiet area of the resort and they were very happy to help us. The service was above expectations and made our week absolutely fantastic!"

"My friends and I came out here to St. Lucia and stayed at Paul’s place for my birthday accommodations. I will say everything was just like the pictures, the place was very spacious and clean, but what really set it off for me was the concierge service we received from Denise! Her personality is amazing, and you can tell she really enjoys doing her job. She was super sweet and accommodating and very helpful to my group and I with setting up just about everything we needed to make a great stay. She booked a driver during our stay, recommended restaurants and beaches to go to, as well as let us know about the excursions that was available to us. I had booked some people for other services, prior to being connected with Denise and she knew them lol. It just let me know that she is exceptionally well-connected and a genuine strategic relationship builder."

"Pros: gorgeous location and property. Beautiful landscaping and views. We had the suite you could swim out into the pool. Great views. Hardly anybody there and it felt like our own place. The staff is very attentive if you need anything, they will help you. Everyone is really nice and friendly while we were there. Suggestions : if the staff were more anticipatory rather than waiting for you to ask them. There is no real service at all down by the beach so if they had somebody walk down there on a regular basis, they could probably sell more drinks. The food was pretty mid in my opinion Taxis are quite expensive to go anywhere and it seems as if the rates are quite negotiable so make sure you not only double check with a concierge but with a taxi driver while you’re there otherwise you might end up with a different price - which is what happened to us we were quoted $20-$25 from the concierge but then when we got dropped off suddenly it was $35 each way - not fault of the hotel per se - but it would be nice if they helped us a little more on that one Also, the first night we were there all the electricity went out in our room so when we got out of the pool, we noticed we had no electricity and of course when we called them, they came right away, but it did take 30 minutes to get it fixed. Otherwise great beach resort"

"This place was great, I almost didn't want to leave a good review because I want to keep this gem to myself! The staff was friendly and very personable. The property also isnt too far from anything. I had one small issue with my room and it was rectified within minutes. All in all I had a great stay."

"We had a wonderful time at Octave House. We house was spacious, clean, air con and with all the amenities we needed. The outside area was a plus where we enjoyed having our coffee. The hostess Shelby was always very helpful and answered any questions we had. The supermarket was just a 2 min walk which was very convenient and the nearest beach is 5 min away by car.We will be back for sure!"

"This was an incredible stay. We were so glad we did a Vrbo in Saint Lucia it allowed our big group to sleep comfortably and have a home base. The little beach walking distance away was the cherry on top. Beverly was so incredible at helping us get everything figured out and gave some great recommendations of things to do on the island. We can’t wait to come back!"
