Beautiful rooms, excellent staff, we have been visiting for many years. Seems a little more commercial on this visit with corporate events going on. Shame as it impacted the relaxed atmosphere and has feel of the hotel.

SAii Laguna Phuket
Beach access room was the best. You’re in and out of the water without needing a towel. The staff are so pleasant. The food and drinks are fresh. The location is great because there are several restaurants on the beach where you can eat so you have options.

AVOID! Before we even got here, finding the location on the map proved difficult for some reason? A warning sign perhaps?
