There is not always an attendant in the lobby, sometimes a person in the 'cieling' speaks to you and can administer your room key through a machine. "I booked a non-smoking room but the smell of the room was horrible. It was almost unbearable condition to sleep in. The next morning, I appealed the front manger or owner and his response was not professional enough and not friendly either. If you can stand the cigarette odor lingering on your pillow and blanket, this is the place. Otherwise, I would not recommend this place."
