Starting from checking in, karida was extremely helpful and she allowed us to check in early. Kari, faye, coco, bert zhu and everyone in guest services is extremely friendly, and professional. I enjoy talking with them. They helped me so much with my inline orders with wonderful support. The hotel is at a perfect location and very convenient to all sightseeing places.
