"There was a pretty garden outside of our room, and a warm and comfortable sitting area upstairs. The breakfast was good and varied and the staff was friendly and helpful. Once we got used to the elevation it wasn’t too tiring walking up the hill from the Plaza de Armas."

From the very beginning, your team went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, ensuring that a room was available upon our arrival. This thoughtful attention to detail made a significant difference, allowing us to settle in comfortably without any delay or inconvenience. Throughout our stay, every member of the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Their warmth and professionalism created a welcoming atmosphere that made our visit all the more enjoyable. We felt genuinely cared for, and it was clear that hospitality is a priority for your entire team.
