"It’s an older hotel, not located anywhere convenient or near major sightseeing spots, but quite nice. Hardly any foreign tourists when I stayed, so if you want to experience the good old Japan (that is becoming increasingly difficult to find), here is the excellent option."

"It’s located at the right next to the Sawara station. Very convenient for catching trains. Sawara had many tourist interests to check out and the city’s little Edo area is worth visiting if you enjoy seeing old Japanese neighborhoods. Hotel provides comfortable, clean and friendly atmosphere. Their breakfast is tasty. I enjoyed staying at the hotel very much."

"Food are nice and surprising reasonable price. A bit confused at where to check in and who to talk to staff at first. But at the end, staff was very helpful and lovely. Room condition is relaxing as it is a resort but cleanness can be up a notch when there was so spots for dust and little bit dirty. Overall not too bad. Would recommend if you wanna get away from a city life and enjoy some countryside life like me."

"It's very close to the station, convenient if you have an early morning flight from Narita, and the staff was kind. He speaks English too. I went to Sawara based on his recommendation and it was clean and useful. I don't usually like futons but the bedding was good enough."
